xeon cpu compartibility

Hi i was inspired by the video of linus with the socket 771 build,and i wanted to do it like a project.So I found a dell precision 490 motherboard but i wanted to know if it is cmpartible with the xeon X5460.Thank for helping

Its Intel 5000X which is like 90 years old. Literally.
