Build looks fine, but as earlier suggested try and get a quadcore, games are starting to use more cores. You can get a used 4460 for the same price, and CPU's usually don't fail.

Try to get 8GB in one stick because it means it'll be easier to upgrade in the future.

Nah, get a board with 4 slots, and 2x4Gb sticks, dual channel practically doubles the bandwidth.

Main Gaming Rig:

The Corsair RM has better electrical performance, but if its a question about value than you are defiantly right

Looks okay, I'd say maybe get a 550W PSU and try to squeeze in a i5 4460

I recommended this since it is a budget build.

Budget or not G1 is too low quality in my opinion

I'd recommend the MSI H81M-e34 board. Has more features than almost any board I've seen and it looks great ;). The 4170 is also a great CPU. It's super snappy and it stays relativly cool, even with the stock cooler

Wow thank you so much for the tips and feedbacks guys. I already have the money ready to build this rig just waiting for feedbacks like this.

Im thinking of changing the cpu to FX-6300, i dont think the dual core can handle next year's games.

The MSI B75MA-E33 looks good very affordable to where i am $60 :))))) thing is only two slots for the ram. The AAA games next year do you think it would require a 16gig of ram O.o?

Sadly that power supply is hard to find here in Philippines. Imma start shopping the day after tomorrow so well see.
