r9 390 problems

hey guys so I just finished building my first pc and have downloaded the latest drivers. but when i play black ops 3 i can maintain a solid 60 fps but then one every 20 or 30 sec it will dip down in fps .

when i look at msi afterburner it shows me a graph like the one on the image 

cpu is 4690k usage 40-80 procent 

hope someone knows what is wrong thanks :)

looks like massive thermal throttles. Your temps are 80s mid 90s.

GCN 1.1 can go to 95C according to AMD.

 

Specs and power draw are not.

He has a 4690K. And power draw doesn't really matter

okay this is just a picture from the internet my temps are 60-65 on r9 390  my psu is rm850i and cpu temps is  60-67 aswell sorry :)

Which Crimson driver you're using? Beta or WHQL? You need the Beta driver for fan speed hotfix and seem like your fan speed stucked at 40%.

 

Which 390 is that?

under drivers it just says readeon software crimson edition 15.11 up to date

Check overview tab, if it's not 15.11.1 then it's not the hotfix driver.

Uninstall AMD Raptr or disable the Replay feature that sometime prone to crashing the graphic driver.
