X99 board with 5930K

Can't decide between ASUS Rampage V Extreme ASRock X99 OC Formula/3.1 or the Gigabyte X99 SOC Champion. I want the ASrock but I want to watercool my motherboard. And EK doesn't make blocks for it. Any opinions?

So much money, in all the wrong places, the 5930K is the CPU that makes no sense and no one should buy 5820K is a much more sensible purchase, all those motherboards are so expensive compared to the 200$ ones that work just fine.

this is an over the top overclocking machine.why is the 5930K bad?
