If your talking about overclocking, that CPU has a locked multiplier so you can't overclock it in any meaningful way.

If you plan to upgrade to a K series like a 4690K or 4790K down the line that motherboard does support overclocking feature though. If not you can save a few bucks to get a H97 board which doesn't have the overclocking built in.
