$1300 CAD Build

Only using Canada Computers, I'm going to be making a $1300 CAD build, I already have my peripheras (mouse,keyboard,monitor,headset)

Using PCPartPicker, and restricted to only Canada Computers, anyone have good parts for a $1300 budget.

Is skylake any good? and I can pick up a different gpu, since shipping is always a pain to get to my area. 

 

 

EDIT: I have storage already, both an ssd and hard drive, so I will be able to pick up a different psu

Ah, you're on pcpartpicker US, I'm in Canada, is it automatically in CAD for that?

Also, I need to buy windows, any clue how, or will it continue on since I already have the OEM installed?

Does your budget include tax? Most of the builds people will give you don't include the tax.

Also, why does it all have to come from Canada Computers? Shipping via any of the other companies is easy. There isn't really anywhere a company won't ship within Canada unless you live in Nunavut or something.
