Only using Canada Computers, I'm going to be making a $1300 CAD build, I already have my peripheras (mouse, keyboard, monitor, headset)

Using PCPartPicker, and restricted to only Canada Computers, anyone have good parts for a $1300 budget.

My Plan (so far)

Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate Socket 1150 Intel Z97 Chipset
CPU/Processor: Intel Core i5-4690k Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Direct Heat Pipe CPU Cooler R2
GPU/Video Card: ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 (STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-4GD5)
RAM/System Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMMs (HX318C10FBK2/16)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 750W 80 Plus Gold Certified Full Modular Power Supply Intel 4th Gen CPU Compatible 10 Year Warranty (220-G2-0750-XR)
Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 450D Mid Tower PC Case (CC-9011049-WW)
OEM: Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-Bit English OEM

This comes to $1550, I need some help on narrowing down, need a good case, will go down to 8gb of ram for sure, and need some changes if possible, thanks for any help.

Does your budget include tax? Most of the builds people will give you don't include the tax.

Also, why does it all have to come from Canada Computers? Shipping via any of the other companies is easy. There isn't really anywhere a company won't ship within Canada unless you live in Nunavut or something.
