Yea, not bad. I did see a guy selling his skylake build in Texas for $1000 with 24 inch Asus Monitor/keyboard/mouse and case. Easily was best deal I've ever seen for such a new build. Guy must have needed money or something.

 

Evga 970 SSC as well.
