Choice of GPU

Hey everyone!
I'm upgrading some parts of my rig so I've decided to get a better GPU as well .I've seen lots of benchmarks and in the budget level the results are either really low (like the 750 TI 4gb) or meh or really overpriced so I was looking for some advice on GPU I can get for relatively cheap and use at least for the next 2-3 years.

My budget is somewhat "floatable" I am willing to pay 200$  +/- 10~20  if I know I can "milk" the card for every dollar(but if I can get something for less I will be happy).Im not aiming for 4k or even 1440p on ultra,but 1080p with somewhat high settings is completely enough for me.The pricing in my country is somewhat different from the newegg or amazon's prices. I can link some ideas as examples for prices,but I'm not how much that will be of help.

Is it 4GB? Go for this. If you can get it in lower price better.

SAPPHIRE NITRO R9 380 4G D5  is the model getting it for lower price is unlikely since the market hasn't changed much for the past few months  btw if I can find the 280 cheap (lets say 150$ is it worth the difference)?
