hello guys i have been having some issues with my pc and i got a score of 3280 is this low my components are as follow:

thanks guys my pc has been running weired just did a clean install of windows and install updates drivers then ran pc mark not been able to get a stable fps and i have an issue loading textures to the point the game loads i can walk up to them and they still have not loaded could this be hdd issue
