When you mean sometimes, does it happen on the desktop too or out of game? Do you have another GPU you could test in your pc like a really old one lying around somewhere. If it stops doing this then it is your GPU for sure. Also, you could test your pc with a different monitor if you have one and see if that makes a difference (I highly dought this point will work but it is still worth a shot)

Welcome to the wonderful world of artifacting, you have two choices.

1. RMA GPU to manufacture.

2. Downclock it until it goes away.

i have sent it back to the place i bought it from, and i tried doing that i downclocked it to under what a normal 780 ti has in clock speed, but after 2 weeks i saw it again

Option a : rma it

option b: overvolt it.

Option c:downclock memory

option d :downclock core

This is called artifacting, and is typically met when a gpu is not stable.

Send it back to the manufacturer not the retailer.

Ok, well now you need to test it with a different gpu. If you have one then use it but if you dont then try and get a friend to lend his pc's gpu to you for a while so you can figure out if your gpu is the problem

Ok, then it is your GPU for sure that is the problem. I have a question though... Have you everhad your current GPU overheat? This could be the cause as I have a friend where his gpu overheated and this is the same problem he had. It may be your drivers too, you could try to revert back to older drivers from your manufacturers website.

the max it got to was 75-77c, i would not call that for overheating

Hey, Are you still looking here?

This might be due to a bad power supply making the cards go wrong: a bad one can supply irregular current to your GPU and even surge it which might damage them permanently. What PSU do you have? and have you had any of your GPU's do this on you before? Is this the first power hungry GPU you have had and is it the first one to go wrong like that, after a short amount of time.
