What Model Monitor Do I Get?

I have been saving my money for a while now in order to purchase three monitors to create a triple monitor setup, but now that it has come to the time to purchase them I'm stuck between which monitors to get,

Both Monitors seem great, It's just im not hugely informed on monitors so i have come here to ask for your help! Also my video card is the Gtx 970 so since I would be using Nvidia surround do i need to Use a Display port? ( If possible could you give me a small step by step guide on how i could set up these monitors? ( Not Recommended but would be useful!))
