Re-starting C++

Hello there guys, I came here in order to ask for some help regarding C++ and how can I learn this programming language as best I can. I have learned a lot of C++ in high school but that's 3 years ago and now I can't really remember much. I loved C++ and I feel like it's the only language I can understand, the thing is that it's pretty hard to learn it without any programs, small or big, to do. So, where or how do you guys suggest I should begin my lessons and how should I continue and evolve as much as possible, I plan on getting into a Programming college in the summer 2016 if possible, if not next year but I do wanna get there and have a programming career.
