which psu is best and will it fit

hey guys i am building a pc in the fractal design define R5 with an i5 4690k and a R9 390 i will be overclocking both 

 

which psu is the best for me ? you can come with other reccomendations but they have to be at least semi mondular :) 

 

and how many wattage do i need to run this ? please reccomend psu for this build and one more if I go dual 390 in the future :)

minimum an xfx 550w (not semi MOD but its a REALLY GOOD PSU)

You should give us the complete specs of the pc so we can tell you how many W you need. I reccomend going with the supernova GS psu from EVGA, at least 650W

May as well kill 2 birds with one stone and go for this for now and it'll be good still for a 2nd 390.

The EVGA one that i suggested to you is around 100 bucks, it's full modular and 80plus gold go with 650W at least
