750 Watt PSU

I was wondering if this is a decent PSU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182294&ignorebbr=1 I have never really trusted Rosewill but I thought I may as well give it a shot and at least ask if it is a good PSU. It will be powering 2 Xeon x5570s, a GTX 980, 16GB ECC RAM, and 1 HDD. Thank you for you help.

I don't think I'd trust that too much. However looking for reviews...

Yeah, I really can't find much.

 

This might be slightly overkill but I'd look at something like an AX860i. Whoa, that's hella expensive.

Yeah that is what I though. It seemed to cheap to be a good supply.
