I'm about to buy all the computer parts on this list, parts marked as (Purchased) have obviously been purchased already, but I want to make sure it is all compatible, hardware wise and software wise, main concern is whether the RAM is compatible with the motherboard,

Also, got a really good deal, which was ROG front base and Asus Z170 Pro gaming for £114, are these two compatible?

It's fine, 6600K definitely won't be bottlenecking anything.

Yeah, the manufacturer of the heatsink should have the RAM clearance height for it somewhere on their website. Then look at the RAM manufacturere's website for the height and the rest is self explanatory.
