Difference between 2 motherboards.

Hi, i was looking for a better mother board and i am choosing between two motherboards.

And im asking myself, is there a big difference in these two motherboards.

And wich one is better?

 

 

ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO OR MSI Z79 GAMING 5

 

 

BTW: Im not good with computers and i just want to upgrade my pc.

MEMORY: Crucial 8 GB DDR3-1600

VIDEOCARD: MSI GTX 970 4G

The HERO is slightly better but its not even in the same price range as the MSI board and unless there is a specific feature you want from the HERO then you might as well save some money and get the MSI board.
