I get 2000ms When i try livestreaming....

So, i recently got new net. i went from like 3 download and 0.3 upload to 11 download and 0.9 upload. My ping is always the same (usually in the low 20's to low 30's. But every time i try live streaming (i use the closest one which is Sydney, 100km away from me and i always get 2000ms. I don't get it? is my speed just not fast enough or am i streaming using bad settings, or is obs just complete crap.

I honestly don't think that .9 up is really enough for stream

Unless you have NBN connected to your house I don't think there's any other service that provides fast enough upload in Australia.

Yea i dont have nbn. Tony abbot clearly does not use the internet enough to understand that. Any australian must be people that only use facebook. Guess im out of luck then.
