If you don't care if your screen is 1" smaller, get the second one since it is IPS.

oh haha i don't mind  

i just thought there would be more of a difference besides the panels :P

The second is better but it's very glossy. I'd personally go with a similar but matte display instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/aoc-monitor-i2367fh

That's the biggest and usually most important difference though.

Probably , but i just needed someones opinion on which one would be better so thanks and i'll look into that monitor u suggested later thanks bye
