I would go with the MSI because I don't trust used things on ebay.

Generally the Gigabyte OC boards have been favored over MPowers as a lot of people feel MSI dropped the ball after Z77.

Whichever one you prefer, honestly. Refurb mobos don't really have much of a warranty, and used ones on eBay don't have one at all. Either way, if one doesn't work, send it back. eBay has policies against broken items, and you can return a mobo to Newegg.

I would take the one on newegg purely because I don't trust ebay and newegg is generally pretty safe with these things.
