I can get one used on craigslist for 200$, would this be a good deal?

Seems like it would be, for a 30" 2560x1600 monitor.

 

Should I try and go for it?

2560x1600 is 1440p, not 4K.

2160p is 4k.

2560x1600 is 1600p, not 1440p.
