Issue with i5-4670K

I just reinstalled windows and now my cpus temperature and core speed is kind of high for idle. 

CPU usage is about 20% and temps are around 45*C. Core Speed is 3400MHz-3800MHz. Help me. I have disabled CPU Core Parking.

Help me please.

You are nearly stressing one CPU core, and depending on the program, you might be looking at the temperature for the hottest CPU core.

No, all 4 cores were kind of on the same level by temps. But for now its solved, I changed thermal paste and now its running good :)
