Could having SATA power extenders be messing with things?

I ordered some power extenders for my SSD's as my orgiinal SATA power extenders wouldnt reach. I have a seasonic snow silent 1050 got these cables http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012BPLW08?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

 

windows is acting weird even have a fresh install. could this be messing with it?

Yes the extenders will be your issue. They are a preset length for a reason. (Dont go down the route of using Molex to SATA adaptors either they are all firehazards).

Well then how the heck am I suppose to use my TX10 case.. LOL the sata cables are atleast 6 inches to short thats why I got such a long extender.

What exactly are the signs of it being the cable? The SSD still powers on so isnt it fine? DATA doesnt go threw it correct?
