Hard Drive

Graph1cs

Hello Guys,

You have helped me recently really a lot, and I just have one question to ask before I throw my PC from the window :P nvm!

Can I save files to desktop but another hard drive? Example: Win 7 is on © but I want to save files to desktop to hard drive (D) is it even possible?

Regards,

Graph1cs

Go to explorer and on the left where everything is listed right click on desktop -> properties -> and change the target to the folder you want. I think that's how it works O.o I never store things on my desktop.

^ as far as I know, that just makes that shortcut point to a different location

  1. Open explorer
  2. Go to C:\Users\yourusername
  3. Right click on Properties
  4. Open the tab Location
  5. Change C: to whatever drive letter is the drive you want to save it to

You can repeat this process for every folder under C:\Users\yourusername
