new build need help with drivers

so i just got done with my new build put windows on it and now im super confused on what to do now normally my dad would do it but he isnt here atm so i need help please  

I5 4460 
MSI H97 gaming 3 
GTX 960

Just go to the respective websites and download the drivers (btw you don't need drivers for your cpu)

And for the GPU just download geforce experience

hmm ok,, i just checked and the fans on the gpu start up on boot but once windows have loaded in it they stop ? im confused

The 900 series cards stop their fans until the hit a certain temperatur. It works fine
