Need a 1400$ Build

I need a gaming pc that is in the 1400$ price range. Its going to be primarily gaming. I would like to play high end games like Fallout 4 and Just Cause 3 at 1080p 60fps. I would like to stick with intel/nvidia but if amd has a better graphics card go for it. With OS and Keyboard/Mouse and i don't need a monitor right now because i will run it through my tv.  I'm ordering all parts off of newegg. Thanks in advanced

IS there any possible way you could make that same list but all coming for newegg and keeping the graphics card but staying in the 1400$ range

Am not sure how well a TV would do, unless it has 60 Hz refresh rate.....

Just curious why 16gb of ram

16 is nice, not needed, but nice, and new games are asking a little more (battlefront recommends 16 and while it doesn't use 16, it can use more than 8)

CPU: i5-4690K @ 4.0GHz GPU: Gigabyte Gtx 970 WindForce MOBO: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming-3 CASE: Corsair Carbide 200R PSU: Corsair RM750

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GBx4  MOUSE: CM Mizar KEYBOARD: Logitec G110

You can easily get it off G2A or /r/microsoftsoftsoftwareswap for $25 at the most.

Although on most budgets, better to squeeze in a better gpu instead of the extra ram xD
