Hello, I have been looking to upgrade to a double monitor setup, but I am fairly new around PCs. Once I get my monitor, where do I plug in the second VGA(?). Here is the back of my PC - http://imgur.com/9IVUQIS [1]

Also, I am planning to buy a 144 hz monitor, but I currently have a 60 hz one. Do any of you have a guide or video that shows how to make the 144 hz my main monitor (for gaming), 60hz (web browser, skype, etc).

Thanks a lot!

Um, pretty sure you just do the gaming on the one you want?

For the second monitor you can hookup with either dual link DVI-D or a display port connection depending on the monitor you have if your going for the high refresh rates.

Just make sure the 144Hz monitor is set as monitor 1 or your primary monitor. Games should start on that screen.

Some games can also allow you to select which screen you want it to display on as well.

I am going to buy this monitor - http://www.amazon.com/VG248QE-1920x1080-DisplayPort-Ergonomic-Back-lit/dp/B00B2HH7G0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1448418375&sr=8-1&keywords=144+hz

Can I just use the HDMI cord and plug it in the right of my current DVI?

What he said. HDMI don't usually play nice above the usual 60Hz or 1080p resolution. Go for displayport if your graphics card supports it.

Then maybe if you have a console, you can use the HDMI input for that.
