The CX power supplies aren't that bad for low end rigs, as long as you're staying under around 75-80% power draw, you should be perfectly fine.

They are actually not that bad if your running something like a 750 ti in them, there just everywhere and easy to obtain so meh.

The same for me. It is handling my 280 just fine, and I have had it for almost two years.

no indiscriminately hating the cx series and acting like because it's not perfect it'll catch your house on fire regardless of price is edgy since it's popular.
