Here's a quality 650W Gold rated PSU for 40$ after a rebate. A killer deal.

So basically you guys are telling me this isn't a good PSU?

Well you can get better for your money if we are talking USD here.

I was looking at this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182300

This PSU looks great for the price. All the other 80+ Bronze and 650w's are $100 or more, but this got great reviews. Should I buy? Does anyone else have experiences with this power supply?

Considering all the other options it's a bad buy

Yep, it's just bad price/performance-wise, you can get better for less, so why buy it?

Check http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/power-supply/. It will show a lot of brands form different retailers and applies any discounts including mail in rebate(initially you have to spend more but then if you mail in your rebate its much cheaper). I just found some really good around 700 watt PSUs for a killer price that way.
