Is this upgrade worth it for my 2013 built PC?

ankit_k

I am planning to upgrade my home computer which as of now has the following specs

- i3 3220

- Gigabyte B75m-DV2

- corsair 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz

- WD 500GB HDD

- Cooler Master 420W PSU (this came with my case CM Elite 311)

I already had planned an upgrade for this discussed here:

http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/341968-is-r7-260x-a-good-fit-in-this-build-other-upgrade-suggestion-needed/

But that never happened. Now I am again planning to upgrade again and hopefully this time I would actually go ahead and do it.

New components

- 1 additional identical RAM Module

- Kingston v300 series ssd 120gb

- Asus strix 960 OC

Is this upgrade really worth it? What would your upgrade preferences be?

Thanks

Will the graphics card go along with my processor and power supply? Any bottleneck issues?
