You wouldn't be able to put a full loop in a 500 dollar budget, so I wouldn't go for an overclocking build. (By the way, doublepost, you might wanna remove the other one ;) )

No I meant the price of the loop is not included in the $500 budget

Of course you should overclock. There's free performance there just waiting to be taken advantage of. I feel that if you don't overclock budget builds, they will never be a true value. If you are insanely serious about overclocking and getting the most out of your CPU and GPU. even if it is only a few extra megahertz, then go for it. But keep in mind that water cooling loopy are obscenely expensive, unless you go for a prefilled AIO. Also, keep in mind that your power supply may be enough for your components with no overclock, it may run out of headroom extremely quickly as you start increasing voltages.

Considering that good full loop setups can run at around $300+

If you can afford it, go for it! :)

Everything looks pretty good, especially the 212 evo. It will keep temps way down compared to the stock heatsink. As for the GPU, any design that isn't AMD reference doesn't get that hot and can usually hit decent overclocks.

Ditch the WiFi card, go for something like a GTX 950

does the motherboard  have on board wifi, I am trying to play AAA titles on the computer at 1080p so I don't think a 950 is enough
