What games are you planning on playing? I would say if possible save up and try to get a 950, 960, or a 380. You will be much happier with the build.

csgo, maybe fallout 4 and civ 5 im not looking for max settings or anything

Good luck with Fallout 4 on a R7 360 at 1080p.

At least get some kind of R9, do you think you could save up for it?

 

Unless 40fps and under is what you're aiming for.

i would be happy with 40fps keep in mind this is not a main rig look at my profile to see that
