No windows for cheap here

You'd need to download the ISO for the WIndows version you want, create a USB boot drive with Microsoft's Media Creation tools. Boot from the USB drive, and enter the key you bought. The PC will boot without Windows, it just won't have an operating system, so you can pretty much only access the BIOS.

I got mine from G2A 

 

As someone's already said, put an ISO onto a bootable USB drive, plug it in and enter the Serial Key that you bought. 

 

Currently you can buy Windows 7-8.1 and upgrade for free to Windows 10 so if you're planning on upgrading to Windows 10, do it quick! :)

Be a student and use student windows!! It comes with most universities!! I LOVE DREAMSPARK!! They let me download all the shit they have even if I shouldn't have access to them!
