EE store update: wish me luck!

Hopefully, my 3 month hellish experience with the EE store will be at an end by tomorrow. 

I went in there today and asked if they would change my phone out after 3 months into the contract due to it nearly burning me once when it reached 81 degrees Celsius. Thankfully one of the guys said that the manager would be more than happy to get the issue resolved on Monday,so we have been booked in for 9:30 am tomorrow. 

I am hoping to get my M4 Aqua switched out to a Z5 compact, or if not a Z3 compact. Is the Z3 Compact still a good phone?

Also while i am there, i will tell them that my mum would like to switch to O2, as they offer the Z5 Compact for £18.50 a month. Lets hope they give here a Z5 as well.
