I really enjoyed black ops after playing it from a friends account and I am probably going to buy it, what do you guys think about the game?

Was not impressed with the BETA and CoD has disappointed me too much to get it..

But that is also because my PC is not good for gaming and dont have a PS4 or XBone

Works just fine on my PC. Not getting less than 144hz (g-sync) at any time. Max settings (1440p). Servers are pretty good overall, getting about 5ms ping. Graphics are great, and I personally like the gameplay.

It is VERY fast paced, I personally do well by playing nuketown and camping with the Drakon in the houses, or by using the Brecci shotgun. It is not a game that is worth much, a friend of mine forced me to buy it for singleplayer co-op but then said I was disrespectful for the game when I complained about the amount of cutscenes. No more co-op I guess.

It is very expensive for what it is
