It is? For me, Fallout 4 hasn't even gone into the 3GB range yet and I'm running it ultra 1080p o-o.

Mods. I have some texture mods going, a water mod, rain mod, and a launcher. Nothing major. I think 5 in total.

I see. I haven't gotten too far into mods myself. I just installed some optimization mods because the city area tends to drop frames.

i have dual 290s and i have 40+ mods on skyrim 200+ mods on minecraft 30 mods on beamng.drive and while my cards are older still handle fine at 1080P not sure if your shooting for higher res though

I like the 4K Pipboy a lot, and the rain/water mod is a must have.

I honestly couldn't tell the difference between vanilla water and the modded one lol.

Go the the shoreline and toggle it, huge difference. It's the waves. Also the rain mod gives ripples that are cool.
