Solution to open back headphones not having enough bass!

Well I just found the perfect solution, it's a little pricey but if you love your open back headphones besides the lack of bass, this might be for you.

 

What I did is I have a dac/amp that has 2 headphone outputs or a headphone output and an rca output, for example the Creative E5 or the Schiit asgard 2 or the O2 amp customized, and I have the MartinLogan Dynamo 300 subwoofer, plug your headphones into one and the subwoofer into the other jack, and WHALLA! better bass than closed cans with an open back headphone! I have been trying it for the last couple hours and sounds amazing!

Yes, but this way you don't sacrifice any mid or trebble and no soundstage is lost either!

Yeah, if you are going to use a subwoofer, might as well use speakers too.
