Strange Bars in Game

NerdNinja

https://youtu.be/Qv7m5aoikRM

The video above shows the problem.

When I'm in game I get these lines that run down the screen. I've also observed it in CS:GO but much worse and it only stopped when I put it in windowed fullscreen mode.

Here is my system http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cdB8t6

The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Only Abate, Axe, and Wobbles can save us.

Thats either some of the worst screen tearing i have ever seen.

or your system has a faulty part. I would guess its the gpu

Your system is very capable of running these games.

GPU failure is what I'm afraid of... Especially since I'm giving mine to a friend in three days as a trade.

I have not tried a different screen but I can.

And I'll have to try onboard graphics in a few days then, Strange thing is it's not every game. I played Unreal Tournament last night and it was fine.
