What's your budget?  Is the video editing you do professional or so important that you need such beefy hardware?

An i7 is sufficient enough unless Video Editing is something you do for a living, where this would be a good long term investment then I would go for the dual CPU setup, but that's top of the line. I'd make sure you have a minimum of 32GB of RAM in there too if you're going pretty hard on the editing.

A 5960X is really strong for editing, although if you wanted to save a few hundreds a 5930K is also a good choice.

Went with an Asus motherboard and 32gb ram. 500gb ssd and 4tb for all your storage needs.

gaming probably isn't going to be a thing on this, but it can still be used for editing and fits into the budget.

Case is subjective to your interests. Went with a power supply that would give you plenty of room to expand however you wish.
