Need, MOBO, Case & PSU

So, Ive got a pre built PC (ohhhh shiiit) YES, I know. However Ive decided to swap every part and keep my CPU and GPU. I need everything besides the CPU and GPU. Id prefer If the case had a window. (I DONT INTEND TO OVERCLOCK SO NO NEED TO GET A SUPER EXPENSIVE MOBO). I also need a PSU. Ive got a HDD so Im already good there. Id also prefer IF I DID NOT NEED A BIOS UPDATE FOR MY 4460 when buying the new MOBO.

 

(Budget Is 400$ MAX) Id prefer If It was less.

When they say it's quite small, they mean it's small for an ATX case. It still has support for most graphics cards so it'll be fine
