PC Build for $550

I'm trying to help my friend plan a computer build. He has a really low budget of $550 max but he want's to be able to play AAA title games. Games that are absolute must are GTA V, Star Wars Battlefront, Fallout 4, and Assassins Creed Syndicate. He would like to be able to play at 1080p 30fps on all games if possible. He understand though on games like Fallout 4 he might have to compromise a little. He pretty much wants the same quality of gaming you would get in a PS4 but better if possible and in a PC. So please give some ideas. I've put a build together somewhat but I'm not really sure if it would work the way he wants and I'm also sure that you guys could probably make it better. So feel free to change anything in this parts list only requirements are whats listed above and a 1TB HDD, 8GB of RAM, and a ATX Mid Tower Case so he can upgrade later on without needing a new case.
