Windows 10 BSOD

Hi, I was using my computer yesterday when all of a sudden it crashed with a blue screen. I was just browsing the web. It said that there was an error with the page fault in a non paged area. It says the cause might be the application cpu z. Now I cannot get into Windows anymore. It has to diagnose my disk and I have tried every solution Windows has. Nothing works. A few minutes after that, it wouldn't even detect Windows 10 pro on my ssd anymore. I don't know what happened please help!!!!!!!!

did you clean install windows 10?
