PLEASE HELP : EA REFUND

So I bought the assassisans creed 3 game on orgin today on sale and want to return it, unfortunetly it does not show it is elegible for return gurantte which is their new mechinics. Othe rthen to call up the credit company and tell them to block it, can i contech ea and tell them to refund the digital download which I have not yet download. I believe their is no way right.

The EA Help page is currently down for maintenance but use the Live Chat service they have to talk to someone and they should sort it out.  I've used them a couple of times to refund games and it's not difficult, you might have to wait a while to talk to them though.

I'm pretty sure it works like Steam, where they will not give you a refund on anything. The only games that Origin offer to refund are EA published games.

Isn't Assasins Creed Ubisofts game, not EA's? (Hence why its so good, badumtszz)
