Corsair or Razer

Go to solution Solved by Senzelian,

The Deathstalker isn't a full mechanical keyboard and has I think some notebook switches.

It's a lot easier to type on a mechanical keyboard, so I would go for the K70.

But the Deathstalker is definitly a good looking keyboard.

Corsair, Razer's build quality is an absolute joke.

I disagree.

Their build quality is excellent, but they often use low quality electrical components like Kailh switches for their Blackwidow.

There is a huge difference between build quality and quality components.

Apple for example uses high quality components, but glues everything together which results in bad reviews on iFixIt. It's the exact opposite to Razer.

Hello,

My previous keyboard died, just a zoostorm keyboard.

I'm currently using a crappy wireless keyboard and want to get a new one.

I quite like the corsair k70rgb look bur its' quite expensive for a keyboard so I have been looking at razor ones.

I like the razer deathstalker which is cheaper and still looks quite nice.

Which one do you think is better? The more expensive Corsair one of the Razer one?

Thank you  :)

Corsair, Razer's build quality is an absolute joke. Plus, the Corsair has actual Cherry switches, whereas the Razer uses cheap Kahil ones.

The k70 is built so well you could beat someone to death with it and then plug it in and play games with it later.
