Resetting Password on my actual account

Hello everyone, could someone help me reset my password on my actual account? I keep hitting the forgot password and will not receive an email no matter what I do

Make sure you entered the correct e-mail. Check the spam folder.

yeah ive  been checking all my folders, and i tried both putting in my email, and using the account username and still nothing
