Sound stutter when sound goes off / on?

I noticed a sound stutter when i start playing some sound,if i pause / unpause i hear it (playing a youtube video, sound ingame etc.)

it is a bit weird ,anyone knows how to fix it?

 

 

also in some games where the vehicles sound is a loop ,the stutter is hear when it loops around, idk

 

Headset: Sennheiser G4ME ONE , 3 months old (?)

Sound hardware : GIGABYTE Z97X GAMING 7 on board audio (which is split from the rest of the mobo)

 

any ideas?

 

the headset did fall of my table once tho

 

edit: drivers are fully updated , also windows

If i drive the car yeah when the engine sound loops i can hear a small stutter lol
