My computer hurts just streaming this... I feel like that guy has never actually built a pc and just said things he has seen from some videos. My friend is over while I was watching it and as I looked at this with sheer disappointment he asked me what he did wrong. I just looked at him and said. EVERYTHING!

 

Edit: He could have easily ran one sata power cable to his hdd and the optical drive.
