Mouse stuttering issue

As shown in the video, I am experiencing mouse stuttering issue. 
 
I have no idea what would be the cause of the issue and it is really frustrating me. 
 
I have used this mouse for almost 6 months and never had issue. ( Its Performance MX Master )
 
It worked fine with my old laptop and Macbook Pro Retina. 
 
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect it isn't and the reason is actually that the fancy pointer they have used in the game gives away the fact they are using a software mouse pointer and that its actually the frame rate of the game that is tanking. Run fraps with frametimes to confirm its the game that is freezing and not the mouse.

It is not the game that is freezing. 

 

I am getting about 30-60 fps in the game.
