If you are referring to Call of Duty BOPS3 No... 1080 would start a nice campfire. xD CSGO and Minecraft you should be fine though.

I want to get a pc that can play csgo, minecraft, call of duty at 1080p is this a good build

Do this build.... lots of upgrade room down the road and gives you an ssd which will help alot in minecraft if you have mods.
