Is this more than enough?

Hey i'm going to build a gaming computer and i wanna know if this PSU is fine or more than enough PSU; corsair CS750M 750W 80+ gold CPU: i5 4690k GPU gigabyte 970 4gb Mobo: GA-Z97X-GAMING 3 RAM corsair vengeance pro 2x8, and i was thinking to have 4+ fans with LED and overclock the CPU

get an XFX 550w, you dont need more than that. and corsair PSUs are not very good. also get an r9 390 instead of a 970

Don't get a CS.

Get anything XFX, Seasonic, EVGA G2/B2 or Antec High Current Gamer (I'm so making a keybind for that because of how often I type it out)

no. only 10 or more fps boost also no game stream and nvidia stuff. also corsair psus are good but try going for a hxi or axi. or just a evga g or p model

the r9 390 is faster then the 970 and costs the same

I think it depends what company you like the most and diffrent games i will stick with my 970

EVGA 550W GS is a lot better for the same-ish money.
