It should work, but I won't recommend it. 2 sticks of 4 gb in dual channel are good.

The 8GB you already have should be enough. What are you doing with your PC?

if i buy 2 sticks of 8gb wil work eith the other 2 sticks of 4gb?

If you buy 2 sticks of 8gb you'll get 16 gb of RAM.

It might work if you mix the 2, but i don't recommend mixing 2 brands of RAM. Messes things up.

Better to get another 2 sticks of 4gb ram than 1 8gb stick to have 16gb.  24gb is a weird number, you could replace the two sticks you have with 4 8gb stick for 32gb of ram.  What are you doing that requires 24gb+ ram?  Most computers only need 8gb, and if they need more 16gb is more than enough.

I'm not saying it won't work, just that it wouldn't work well.  My recommendation would be to buy 2 sticks of 4gb ram and add that to your existing ram.
